The column headings in subreport do not print due to Microsoft Access.
Cause:
Microsoft Access does not print subreport page header and footer information.
Solution:
In the Reports Design view, insert labels for the column headings in the subreport report header or insert labels in the subreport group header.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Reports' tab.

3) Select the desired subreport. (The selected subreport is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'.
5) Do the following if the subreport fits on one printed page:
a) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Report Header/Footer'. (The Report Header and Footer sections appear on the subreport.)
b) Click 'Label' in the toolbox.
c) Position the mouse pointer on the report to select the location for the label.
d) Click the location for the label in the Report Header.
e) Type the text for the label.
NOTE: The label will expand as text is typed.
f) Repeat steps 5)b) through 5)e) for each desired column heading.
6) Do the following if the subreport may span several pages:
a) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Sorting and Grouping'. (The 'Sorting and Grouping' dialog box appears.)

b) Click in the first available blank cell in the 'Fields/Expression' box. (A down arrow appears.)
c) Click the down arrow. (A drop-down list appears.)
d) Select the desired field name for sorting from the 'Fields/Expressions' list.
e) Click on the 'Group Header' box. (A down arrow appears.)
f) Click the down arrow. (A drop-down list appears.)
g) Select 'Yes' from the 'Group Header' drop-down list. (The selected field will be grouped in the Header.)
h) Click on the 'X' in the upper right corner of the 'Sorting and Grouping' window to close. (The desired group header appears in the report.)
i) Click 'Label' in the toolbox.
j) Position the mouse pointer on the report to select the location for the label.
k) Click the location for the label in the desired group header.
l) Type the text for the label.
NOTE: The label will expand as text is typed.
m) Repeat steps 6)i) through 6)l) for each desired column heading.
7) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save' to save the report.
